Highlander 2011 steel wheels

Hi,
bought a Highlander 2011 SE about 1 month ago. Winter is coming so I'm looking for steel wheels to put the winter tires on.
But right now I'm still unlucky finding some.
The wheel size is 17x7.5.

Any idea where I could find them?

Thanks,
Frank

to TN Frank. You should try using the search feature and search for 'Winter Tires'. We have had lots of discussions on them. Some go with the 17" Rav4 steel wheels. Myself, I just went to my local mechanic and he ordered me 17" black steel rims, that work fine. Good luck.

The problem is that the 2011 model is never listed. Are the spec the same from 2008 to 2011?
meaning 17x7.5 5x114.3 offset 35

I have a set of 17" Highlander wheels (not steel) for $400. Might be worth a drive from Buffalo. See my signature for pictures, these are pristine and better looking than steel wheels.

For the price, I would seriously consider JMSinMD's wheels over steelies, which will most certainly rust and look crappy in a winter or two.

Alternatively, given you're not too far from the border, you could consider these from Canadian Tire (I have these as my winters):

C$109

http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/4/Auto/2/Rims/RimsAlloy/PRD~0417825P/Sacchi%252BStyle%252BS2%252BMulti-Fit%252BAlloy%252BRim.jsp?locale=en&isAutomotivePr d=true&tireSku=0417826&auto_type=rim&icid=AutoSele ctor_Rim_Vehicle_2009+Toyota+Highlander+4+Dr+Utili ty+3.5L+V6+Base+17_Standard_FrontAndRear_7.5X17_tp ms_ViewDetails

or these that just came available this year. I prefer the look of these new wheels, but given mine are painted, they will look newer longer.

There's a Cdn Tire store in Fort Erie:

Cheers.

OEM is the way to go IMO, buy the 17" Limited alloys, can't go wrong for $400

It might run about $35-$40 each.
