Will 2007 17" Highlander LTD Rims Work on a 2010 LTD?

This should be an easy one...

I came across a great deal on Craigslist for a full set of new 2007 Highlander LTD 17" alloy rims delivered to my house. I'm looking to set up some winter tires / rims. I couldn't pass up the deal.

1) Will these be a problem on my 2010 Highlander LTD? I'm wondering if I will have brake size issues...

2) Also, I'm thinking about Blizaks for tires.. Any other recommendations? I think they are supposed to be 245/65/R17.... I'm new to sizing tires and wheels...
