2011 Highlander LTD - Check Engine + VSC light and strong vibrations

I have a brand new 2011 LTD with only 800 miles on it. I am on an extended vacation up in new england and it was pretty darn cold last night.

This morning, i started the car and both check engine and VSC light came on. Engine had strong vibrations and no real power. I turned car off and on again after a few miles of driving and everything reset and went away.

All the toyota dealerships around here are booked this week and I am on the road for the next few days anyway.

Anyone experience this is their 2011? My god, the car is less than 2 weeks old! Any thoughts? Since it seems fine now I will probably continue to drive it until i can get back to my dealer at home.

Grrrrrr. Thanks

Did you just recently fill the gas tank? The Check Engine + VSC can be a result of the gas cap not being on tight. I also had the same error once when a vacuum hose came loose from the air cleaner box. I've had that error a few times during the 10-year life of my HL but my engine always ran smooth regardless.
