Remote Start Issues on 2011 Highlander SE

I apologize if this has already been posted; I looked for some time and couldn't find SRS issues related with remote start. If they are out there can you please point me in the right direction.

I purchased a 2011 Highlander SE 4x4 and had the dealer install remote start/dealer had it installed by a qualified installer. I'll get to the point: When we start the car using the key fob, and go get in the vehicle we have an error message displayed on the display indicating "Check SRS Airbag System". If we turn the vehicle off and start it as you normally would (using the key) the error message is gone. Anyone ever have this happen before. Figured I would ask before I call the dealer. Thanks in advance.
