Wireless Headphones

We just bought a 2010 Limited Highlander it has the DVD package which says it has the wireless head phones. The dealer told us it didn't have them, Where are they stored if the are in the vehical? I'd like to prove the dealer wrong.

Mine were in a box on the floor of the rear seats when the car was delivered. They come in the ship kit with the remote control for the DVD player. Did you receive the remote?

I just copied this text from the Toyota web site under options... "Rear-seat DVD entertainment system with 9-inch display and two wireless headphones"

You should have 2 wireless headphones AND a remote control for the factory DVD player...

The remote was in the glove box. I'll look under the console and see if they are there.

remove was in glove box, headsets were in seat-back pocket of front seats, but mine came with the 2 headsets, sounds like the stealership is at it again... was the car used or new, because if you bought it usedand it didn't have them (and you didnt include it in your contract) they might not have to include the headsets.
