Another XM Question

I recently bought a 2010 Highlander without NAV. I believe the manual shows model B radio. It has the AM/SAT button and an XM style antennae on the roof. The manual states to hold down the SAT button and tune it to 0000 to get the radio ID to activate. When I hold the button down, nothing happens. Does this mean that there is no XM tuner and I have to get one? Any help/advise would be helpful.

The factory radio is XM-ready and is missing the tuner which has to be purchased separately. You can search the forums as there are some DIY posts with the part numbers and installation procedures.

Good luck
