I only have 1 the rubber ended key and
3 button remote. id GQ43VT20T

I hate that toyota nickle and dime you on programming fees.

I executed an extremely similar set of shenanigans with my 2001 4Runner that worked perfectly. You feel like an idiot doing it, but after the few minutes it takes and the few hundred dollars you didn't give to the dealer, it feels great. I have no experience trying this with a newer vehicle but I have no reason to believe it wouldn't work.
