Hatch stays replaced
Well, brought my HL to dealer today because hatch would not fully open...I had to push it up for the last 4-6 inches. They replaced the stays (the small lifts) for the rear hatch under warranty. If anyone else is noticing their hatch not fully opening, take it in before warranty is up and get those stays changed.
EDIT: and take it in before the weather warms up...they tend to lift better when warm.
They also removed and secured the trim on the inside of the hatch around the rear window....it was rattling over bumps.
