How do you fold the passenger side 2nd row seat comepletely down? Mine only folds half way down wtf

If you have a third row you are probably using the wrong lever. The one you are using is for folding and moving it forward so that people can get to the third row.

use the one at the bottom, or you can use the levels by the trunk if you're loading stuff.

Can you show a couple of photos or post a short video? It should fold down by pulling on the release lever located next to the headrest.....
