Canada Delivery Date Question

Had difficulty finding 2011 Blizzard Pearl Sports in Ontario, Canada (at least that's what the dealership told me).

Toyota dealership told me it will take 5 weeks from production to delivery date. Is this reasonable?

Did someone experienced the same time frame?

I ordered my 09 at the beginning of Feb and got it at end of March, so approx 8 weeks....mine came from Japan as well. So, 5 weeks sounds about right given yours would be coming from US.

Wow, I got mine the same day. They had plenty when I was buying (because of the gas pedal issue). Didn't have any problems.

I find that dealers here, at least in my city, don't keep a great deal of HLs on the lots. My purchasing dealer only had 2, and the dealer where I have repairs performed, only had a demo. When I was in there a few wks ago, they only had a 2010 demo.

5 weeks is actually pretty reasonable. Here at the dealership I work at in WI it usually takes 6-8 weeks.

I'm not surprised....with all the issues in Japan, either we're not getting cars or we're not getting enough parts from Japan to make cars here.

Hi there! went to the our local dealership today for the tail lights replacement an asked my sales agent which happens to be a fleet manager if he has a 2011 Blizzard Pearl Sports. I told him that you have to wait 6-8 weeks. He said he can get it for you by the end of April. If you are interested I can PM you his contact numbers. Just give me a shout.

^He's probably going to do a dealer trade in that time frame.
