Can't Get Rosen Bluetooth Working Properly

I just installed a Rosen navigation unit in my 2009 Highlander, and everything works fine except the Bluetooth. I can pair it with my phone (iPhone 4 running the latest iOS update), but incoming calls don't work properly.

Sometimes the Rosen doesn't notice the incoming call at all. Other times it brings up the "Answer" button, then dismisses it, then brings it up again, etc. Has anyone experienced this? Is there some setting I should change?

thanks!

Did you try deleting the pair and re-pairing again?

I deleted the Rosen from my phone and went through the pairing step again, but it didn't seem to help. I don't know if there's a way to force the Rosen to forget a phone though.

I also tried a different phone (another iPhone 4) and it didn't work either. Hmm...
