Yea so I went out to my car and there was about a nickel sized spider crawling around on the headlight reflector... NO idea how it got in there. Though I turned my headlights on and it went running pretty fast for darkest corner of the housing haha. Anyway I am hoping to get yall's advice in how to get it out.
My first (and only) though is to take the headlight housing out completely, give it a good shake and put a vacuum at the bulb opening and try and suck it out. Besides that I have no idea how to get it out. Any of yall got any other ideas as takign out the whole housing will be a major PIA.
Thanks in advance.
Patrick

it also happened to me. air compressor with air gun attachment took care of it. you can try using a vacuum, tape the mouth with a smaller rubber hous and give that a shot....
Can you remove the bulb, and put a compressor tip attachment in the hole? That might cause the spider to bounce around enough to kill it.

Thanks for the replies, I'm just gonna try and use a compressor and blow him out. though it that doesn't work I'm just gonna take the headlight out and get it out that way. Last thing i want is a dead spider cooking on the reflector messing with my HID's...
EDIT: i ended up taking the headlight completely out. Compressed air and a shop vac did the trick.... pesky 8 legged anoyyances haha

Reason: problem solved
I guess by now without food and water, it is already dead.
Oh I made sure it died long before now haha. I just edited my previous post instead of posting a new one. I tried the compressed air, couldn't get it out so I just took the whole headlight housing out, gave it a good shake and shop vac'ed it out. freaking 8 legged PIA hahaha probably going extreme taking the headlight out, but I didn't want it dying then baking onto the reflectors.
