transmission fluid drain and refill

Having been through a 7th Civic and 3.8L Windstar, I don't believe in long life ATF anymore. Our HL has 25k miles and I plan to do a drain and refill this weekend. Will go to the dealer to get some Toyota WS ATF. There is a 20% off parts discount going on at the dealer near me. That should bring the price down to $6.xx/qt + tax

I don't seem to find the fill plug. Looking at the pdf found in the sticky, I only see a drain plug.

UPDATE: Couldn't find the fill plug so I refilled from the dipstick tube.
Prior draining the ATF, I drove around the block until the car warmed up. Also shifted through every gear. I was able to drained out ~4.5qt of ATF. That's almost half the total capacity (9.5qt for my V6 AWD) according to the manual.
With 25k miles on the odometer, I can see the ATF color is not as pink as the new ATF. Next time I will do the drain/refill every 20k instead of 25k to see if there's any difference.

We're lucky to have a dipstick tube, which can also be used for siphoning or refilling.

If you use a fluid extractor, you will remove more fluid than from the drainplug. Just look at the shape of the ATF pan and its plug location. Mityvac through the dipstick tube is less messy and more effective than the drain plug.
