LED tail lights

I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and would like my tail lights to be replaced with ALL LED. I don't mind if the whole combo tail light housing needs to be replaced.
All LED meaning not just the parking & stop lights, but also blinker and backup lights.
Do the electronics/electric circuits need to be modified in any way if I want all LEDs, specifically for the blinkers?

Has anybody here done this or do you know where I can buy such tail lights?...
