Lemon or normal stuff??

Hello all.. picked up a good looking 2011 highlander limited awd.. it has 2000 miles on it..

I have the following issues, anyone else have ANY of these..

1 - drivetrain whine from 38-40 mph light load (sounds like transmisson)
2 - motor knocking or tapping only when hot, passenger side underneath. sounds like a lifter or wrist pin.. any throttle at all and it goes away.
3- vibration from the tires i guess.. around 70-75mph i get this vib in the sterring wheel.. its an off and on vib.. with a couple secs between it.

help!

1) mine does that, its just tranny whine. Others have had this (or i've read comments from others about this on the forum), its not really a problem, i figure its normal.
2) how loud is the taping?
3)Are the wheels balanced, or needing alignment? I can't imagine it needing this on a 2000 mile vehicle, but its a possibility if there are potholes where your at.
