USA 2008 Highlander Jet chip

Hello, I found this mass air flow sensor by JET chips that is said to be compatible with my 08 highlander, but I'm a little concerned seeing as JET doesn't advertise this part as being compatible with my vehicle, but it is advertised at summit racing and jegs as being made for my car. Anyway, if anyone has used this part in there car or knows about it actually working well, could you let me know. I little performance gain never hurt anyone, it is just when I try to contact JET about it, they never get back to me. It is JET Part # 69147 Thanks, your help is greatly appreciated

You said JET never got back to you, did you email them? You might want to try calling their 1 800 number instead. Amazon also said it fits into the highlander (though I don't know how much I trust amazon automotive department). I'm not sure how much I would expect to gain (performance wise) from something like this. Unless the ECU is changed/remapped I don't see any large gains happening, especially when they advertise "Provides airflow increases of up to 45 percent" by just changing a MAS.... that definitely doesn't make any sense to me, you would need a new intake for that

All the cars listed on jets website that its compatible with do not use the 2gr-fe v6 so it might not be after all. Instead of trusting summit or amazon, i would check the manufacturer before doing anything.

Thanks, I appreciate your opinion on this, I would have to agree with you, I don't see how a 45 percent increase is even possible with this item, anyway, thanks for the advice and for responding to this post, I know that Jet remaps the ecu if sent into them, unless I can get a hold of a customer service rep, I will just leave it alone. Thanks again for you help.
