Please advise on Winter tires for Limited AWD 19’ 245/55/19 since it’s hard to decide between Goodyear and Bridgestone Alenza. Please advise which type/brand to go for winter since I still have A20 and I know they won’t be good in winter time. Are there better options for tires if I’ll switch for 20’? Thank you!

Go with 17" steel rims and matching tires. This would likely cost you less than 19" winter tires only, and will give you more options.
I have 17" Yokohama Geolander tires and they work great in the snow. There should be several good choices at this size.

Blizzaks on 17" steel wheels, saves your alloys from salt damage, and will save you money in the long run because you're using a smaller tire.. they also don't look too bad.

The link above when copied by me and placed here does not seem to go to the DM-V1 for the size required. However, do a search for these tires they have em.

Thank you! Will you rather switch the tires in winter time or just buy new rims 19'. Any suggestions for the 19' rims to use in winter time?

I have two sets of 19 inch rims, one set for summer tires, ones for winter. Least expensive way to do this is to find some for sale on the forum or through your local classifieds, but I think you will have to be patient. A wreckers is also a good source to find some at a reasonable cost. The Toyota dealers are way overpriced in my opinion.
You could try oem rims inc. in Anaheim California. They have oem's for much less and sell on e-bay with excellent feedback.
I think switching tires around on the same set of rims will eventually compromise the rims cosmetically. I have done this on my last car and after a few years the rims looked pretty bad from all the changes and inclement weather. The lips on the rims get quite rough looking.

I too picked up some inexpensive 17" alloy wheels for winter (about $100 per). 2 winters on my 17" Toyo Open Country Plus g-02 tires, and they have been fantastic in snow and on ice.

I've run my wife's stock 19" sport wheels through a few winters with road salt, etc and they look just like they did new. If you want to get winter tires to run exclusively during winter go with a 17" to save $$ on tires vs. in 19". If you want a great all season tire go with the 255/55/19 Bridgestone Dueler Alenza.
If you decide to go with 17" let me know as I have a set with lugs from a 2007 Limited Highlander for $400 total and am located in Maryland. I was going to switch seasonally but my wife decided she liked the look of the 19" and that is why I upgraded to the 255/55/19 Alenzas. They fit perfectly btw as I test fitted them on the 2009 HL she has.

Thank you much for the advice. Do you have a pics of 17' set? What brand of tires are on them?
