vacuum hose and fuel injector wiring harness

Rats rats rats. The rats have got under my hood and destroyed my vacuum hoses and a fel injector wiring harness. Where does the botton hose on the front botton PWM vacuum switch run to? The diagram on the hood shows it just ending; does it? One of my fuel injector wiring harnesses is chewed almost into. Is this easy to replace yourself and where does the other end plug in to? Should my check engine light come on with any of these problems?
2008 Highlander sport.
