Has anyone considered installing or has put in a Wink Mirror into a Highlander? I seen my friend do it to his sedan but Idk how it would look like on a Highlander. It looks awesome on his car as it does eliminate all the blind spots.
This is what im talking about ( I googled the pictures below)... @ $20 it seem like a pretty good investment to replace them stock mirrors.. BUT how would it look on a Highlander?
I would consider it for running at Laguna Seca or Lime Rock.

They're still popular with some of the ricers here in SoCal. I can see where it might have some advantages regarding blind spots, but on looks I'd say no way.

But I think most people (at least from this forum) will not approve that mirror.
1 - It belongs to the 80's
2 - On your 1st (beatup) car
3 - You are under 20
We do have it on our HL, not too big, just an inch or so longer then the regular mirror but gives a better viewing angle (so we can check the kids on the back)
This kind of clip on only work with basic mirror so if you have compass, auto rear view mirror, forget it.

I feel better now, I met all those criteria when I had one.

I have Broadway mirrors in all my cars... For regular non-tinted windows I strongly suggest convex tinted ones, but for Highlander with it's tinted back you should get non-tinted with aluminum high reflective layer - the reflection is indeed twice as bright (I have both so I can compare).
Tinted mirrors with tinted HL rear windows is terrible when it's dark.
With the one I have, I see entire rear windshield, and rear right passenger window.

"The Mirrors are available in 5 sizes (240mm, 270mm, 300mm, 370mm and 400mm). Mirrors come in Flat, Convex, Blue/Tinted and for Cars w/ Tinted Window. "
What size would you guys suggest for the Broadway mirror? Which ones are the Non-tinted ones? Could anyone link me to a legit site to get these?
You are looking for:
- convex
- non-tinted
- 300mm should be big enough. but this is more of a personal preference. You might prefer smaller or bigger, up to you.
- make sure it is glass, not plastic!!!
I bought mine from Chinese stores in actual Asian mall in Toronto so I can't really suggest a website... if you live in a big city, it gotta have a Chinatown - and they have small stores and hopefully you can find one which sells car related stuff
The mirrors should not be more than $35; if they are cheap - like 10-15 - then they are not real Broadway and definitely not glass
