2010 Highlander LTD, Front 2 power outlets-fuses keep blowing

Hi all, 1st post. Wife had a small HTC phone with a Verizon car charger, it worked great (untill I accidentally crushed her HTC), so then she gets a Samsung Android (with same Verizon charger), and the fuses blow every time it is plugged in. The little light on the charger goes on, but when phone is connected, POP-fuse blows (again, same result with both of the front outlets)...
Suggestions? Thanks

I would try a different charger. If the fuse is good with the charger plugged in,, and blows when you plug the phone in to the charger there might be a problem with the charger or possibly the phone. Did you try them in another car ??
