Sirius/XM Upgrade Package for 2008 Highlander

I recently bought a 2008 HIghlander Sport with Nav. The Nav head is capable of using satellite but does not have any of the components installed such as tuner or antenna.

Has anyone upgraded to sirius and know which kit to buy? Or what exactly it needs to get Sirius?
I know XM was bought by Sirius and it looks like the Nav was setup for XM. I have read that you need some sort of adapter.

Thanks for the info. There is a good thread on the Sirius installation.
The only problem is that there are broken links for the part numbers.
I still have unanswered questions but will ask over on that thread.
