I'm looking to get new tires soon, and was wondering if anyone has the Bridgestone Dueler H/L 422 Ecopias? I noticed the Dueler H/L 400s get low ratings, but was hoping the new version is better. I also will not be using them in the snow.
Not completely set on the Bridgestones, I'm also considering these
Goodyear Assurance CS Fuel Max
Dunlop Signature CS
and possibly the Yokohama AVID ENVigor. I like the idea that these were listed as "high performance" on tirerack, but the directional tread pattern does not really work for a FWD five tire rotation.

Thanks for your input.
I don't have experience with the 422's, just though I would post this.,
I've never been a big fan of Bridgestone tires (I have always used Michelin or Goodyear), and my HL came with H/L 400's. Avoid those at all cost, they are (in my opinion) total crap, especially in the rain. I won't buy another set of Bridgestones because of these tires, just use what I know and trust to be good tires.
I have to get tires soon so I'm looking as well, and have been doing some research. Based on our limited options Highlanders have in our weird size, I'm looking at the Goodyear Assurances as they seem to be getting decent reviews, and a few users on this forum seem to like them.
Good luck in your search for tires and if you get the 422's let us know how they do.

Michelin is now making the Latitude Tour in 245/55/19. I've only seen them listed at Discount Tire but that could just be a matter of other sellers being slow to update their web sites.

just replaced all four with Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max. Seems quieter than the Toyos I had. I did consider Bridgestone but saw good reviews for the Goodyear and decided on them. $698 out the door with Discount Tire price matching Toyota dealer tire special. Pretty quiet ride and I like them so far. This is for the Sport 19s
I'll have to look into the Michelin Latitude Tours, but it seems the Goodyears are also popular. I will need to get some quotes from the shops in my area, but I plan on getting the tires sometime next month. I keep holding off since the weather has been good.

They had been removed from the Michelin site when I went shopping last month. I had Discount Tire order a set and then got a call from them that they are back ordered with no date. Went with Goodyear Assurance CS's and have been very satisfied.

Just got the Goodyear Assurance CS Fuel Max earlier this week after reading the previous recommendations. I put about 250 miles on them visiting family for the holiday, and I would also recommend them. The ride is better than the Toyos and they are not too loud on the freeway. The improvement is probably do to the tires being new, but I also hope they last longer.
