Rear AC Vents Loose (T-SB-0253-10)

2008 – 2010 Highlander Some vehicles may exhibit a condition where the Rear Overhead A/C Vents (Air Outlet Register Sub-Assy) are loose or are difficult to adjust, especially in high ambient temperatures. The Rear Overhead A/C Vents have been revised to correct this condition. Use the procedure in this bulletin to replace the Rear Overhead A/C Vents.

It's amazing sometimes how limited the information is about a particular TSB....

Yea mine was so hard to move that it actually broke. I hope that they will cover it??
