Blank display on stereo 2010 Base

Does anyone have problem with the display on the stereo of the Highlander 2010 Base?

Mine starts a couple weeks ago, first it was blank, then it shows some black rectangular and sometimes it goes very light, almost none to see.

It happens randomly sometimes in the morning when I go to work or sometimes in the evening when I go home.

This is the 2010 Base and it has the original stereo bought in December 2009.
Will it be under warranty since it has less than 2 years?

That happened to me as well. Along with the cd's being ejected. There's a post here with others having problems as well. You'll notice the problem when it's cold, as first thing in the am. They say it's a bad radio. Mine is past the warranty, so, I'm screwed.

Yes, that's exactly happen to me.
Call the dealer and they say unless it was totally blank, they can ot do anything.
May be I should insert and remove the CD more often to get the radio replaced before my warranty run out....
