Not OEM but is a good deal. I bought a refurbed Navi for my '06 Sienna and it was $1400 after core.

xm radio will need a separate controller like above.

this has rca connections for amps,cam,aux

Separate controller for satellite/Xm radio receiver will be needed if you have that.

YES direct plug n play if u currently do not have factory navigation or Bose premium sound system.

if you have onstar this harness adapter will be needed if you want to retain it. (double check fit with ur model(we do not sell them)

You can connect a back up camera via RCA plugs. if you are talking about the Stock OE back up camera that come with the car it will not work with this unit
