does your drive side fog light cover have a hole?

for people who have fogs, can you do me a favor and check if your drive side cover has a hole in vs the passenger side which does not. i have attached a pic. if you have a pic of yours please post as well. thanks very much!

Its suppose to be there, that is the air intake for the tow package on the 08-10 years. If you look through the hole you will see a radiator. It is for the transmission oil cooler. So no worries everything is normal
