the navi antenna is located under the dashboard, in the very front center near the windshield glass, so it shouldn't hurt it.
The radio antenna is run along the headliner on the outer edge of it (and I believe built into the 2 rear windows (not door windows the 2 windows in the cargo area). It shouldn't affect it, but I have no experience on whether it does or not.
