Rolling marble sound passenger front

Noticed a rolling marble sound towards the passenger front in my 08 HL.

Happens when making 90 degree turns, or coming to a quick stop.

I checked all around seats, seat rails, even the glove box and dash area - nothing obvious.

If I open the passenger front door and swing it back and forth in my hands - no noise. So that leads me to believe that rolling sound is coming from interior.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Loose change fell into door when window was open. Pull the door panel off.

Marbles could also be 'factory installed' by a disgruntled worker.

In my days of salvage yard spelunking, I've found bottles, soda cans, paper lunch bags, 1/2 eaten sandwiches.... in the doors. And yes, they were in predominantly USA manufactured vehicles.

'08 was Japan manufactured and makes me wonder if their autoworker has regressed a bit and joined the UAW.

Likely a rock in one of the many plastic covers under the car... It will fall out or get stuck sooner or later.. try to ignore it.

Never thought of that - makes sense.

It's not the worst noise in the world, and doesn't happen all the time. But you know how one noise seems to lead to others!

Thanks.

Check the small storage pockets on the side of the console near the shifter.
