Canada CAN 2012 Highlander Ltd... Possible to convert XM to Sirius?

Hey I'm picking up a 2012 Highlander Ltd and I'm wondering if it's possible to switch the XM over to Sirius? I've seen parts like the Sirius SCC1 but am not sure if this would work? Ideally I'd like to keep all of the controls working the same!

Cheers,
Tim

I believe XM and Sirius are the same thing now (one owns the other).

Unfortunately they're still separate in Canada (No Howard Stern on XM). That's really the only thing I'm going to miss from my Jeep!
