How to access fog light on 2011 HL?

Can anyone advise me how to access the fog light bulb on a 2011 HL SE? My driver's side bulb broke and the bulb's glass globe is laying inside the housing.

I checked the manual and while it shows information for unhooking the harness and twisting the bulb, nowhere does it show how to actually access the bulb. From above? Below? Wheel well?

I took a quick glance when I got home last night in fading light and it didn't look abvious.

I appreciate any tips. Thanks.

While I don't have a 2011, the procedure might be the same. You have to go through the wheel well on the 2008-2010's. Here is what is in our manuals:

those are 10mm bolts and screws. The outer ones are screws and the inner one is a bolt. Then there are the two push pins.

just an fyi, make sure you watch how those panels fit into each other. You gotta get it right when you put them back in. They are a pain to deal with . Anyway, I don't know if it will work for an 2011 (but they only changed the front fascia, not chassis, so it should be similar I would think ). If its not, its probably something along these lines so it can give you a place to start.
good luck

Thank you VERY much for the information. I suspect it is similar as the '11 has those same type of panels. At least it tells me there is no easy way. :-) I will have to check my print manual. I was looking at the electronic manuals that are on the Toyota Owners site and I searched on "fog light" and there was a section on bulb replacement but it didn't have any of those body molding illustrations.

But regardless, I am confident that I can get to my light based on the information you posted.

Thanks again!

If it helps, this is from the "Do it Yourself Maintenance" part of the manual, kinda near the end of the section. Once you know what your doing it only takes about 5 min each side. I have taken them off so much when I was doing my fog projector retrofit...first few times though, its slow. Definitely a learning process.

There are a lot of space and I am able to reach it from the engine bay. Just popup the hood and change the bulb. Unfortunately, you need to also clean the housing, so you need to follow sweeneyp's direction.
