I'm going to do a brake bleed soon since the car is just over three years old. The master cylinder reservoir cap has Dot 3 on it, but I was not sure if I could use a Dot 3 and 4 compatible fluid such as this from Castrol.

It's listed as Dot 4, but it exceeds SAE 1703, and FMVSS No. 116 DOT 3.
Some other information I found on StopTech's website contradicts using different grades of fluid.
"One last note on the DOT ratings: Systems designed for a particular type of fluid (especially prior to the wide distribution and use of DOT 4 fluids) should continue to be filled with that fluid. For example,
in a car that was delivered with DOT 3 fluid, the internal components of the system (seals, brake hoses, and fittings for example) were specifically designed and tested for compatibility with the chemical composition of DOT 3 fluid. Because the DOT 4 grade fluid typically contains a different chemical composition, compatibility of system components may be an issue."

Should I look for new brake fluid that is only Dot 3? Would you guys just pay up at the dealer and get the Toyota brand or have any other recommendations?
