Keyless Entry Remote/Door Lock Issue

I dropped my HL off at the dealer today to get a few services done (had a coupon) and also to have the door panel replaced because of the armrest split problem (warranty). When I picked it up, I noticed when shifting into reverse the doors auto locked, as normal, but then there was a second "click" - the locks tried to lock again even though they were already locked.

Then, when I got home, I locked the car with the remote and it beeped twice. Not the normal "unlock beep", but a beep followed by another beep about 1 second later. The interior light dimmed at the first beep but then came back on with the second, yet the doors stayed locked. I tried several things, like with/without a key in, making sure all the doors and windows were closed, and got the same result.

I'm dumbfounded. Could it have been something in the door panel replacement? Is this a signal that my remote battery is weak?

I wanted to check here because this place is awesome, but if nobody has any advice I'll call the dealer up again tomorrow to see what they did to screw this up.

Thanks in advance!

Here's a little knowledge for you. The drivers door master switch has it's own ecu, which it means when it was disconnected creating power interruption, it lost it's programming.
Or, they may have dislodged an important wire.
Either way, it looks like it's the fault of who last touched it. It may need a complete wireless door lock reinitialize. This, of course, should be no charge to you. Just an inconvenience.

Thanks Tech. I'm at the dealer now waiting on it while they check it out. Preliminary update from the adviser said they're not sure it was because of the door install. (!!) surely the tire rotation and oil change didn't affect it. We'll see here in a short few minutes (hopefully) what occurred. Either way, I'm not leaving without it corrected.

Thanks a lot for the info, as always it's greatly appreciated on TN!
