Just picked up a 2012 Highlander...Blizzard White/Black Leather.
Super excited and want to ensure the car stays neat. Been doing a lot of research and it looks like people are using OEM, Weathertech, or Husky. I did a quick search and no one seems to be using Maxfloormat. Seems similar to the digital fit of Weathertech. Anyone have opinions on these?

Just received my full three piece set, the front sets fit fine however the second set does NOT fit well. Very tight fit and caused one side to sit uneven so unfortunately requesting a return.
Hello Howser, Thanks for your reply, We have already process your return and Im sorry to hear you are not happy with the mat. Our mats are a bit more stiff and they tend to be a bit harder surface compared to the competiton, The result is that after monts and years of use.. our Maxfloormat will have the original shape as suposed to the competition where the walls or lips star to collapse and it goes from being a tray to be piece of rubber on the footwell because the mat lost its original shape. I will be happy to sedn you a second set to make sure that you in fact have the rigth mat. We have sold many of them and never had a single complaint. Im working very hard to build our brand and i would encourage you to allow me to make thisng rigth for us. The New highlander has a carpeted floor that does not have a unifor insulation, that means that if you take our mats and the original mats of the vehicle and push or compress the factory floormat you will see how it compress, our mats are molded on the natural surface of the factory mat but we can not gurantee that it will not move because it just rest on top of the vehicle mat. I have attached some pictures of the actual Higlander floormat installed so you can see that it DOES fit very snug, so much that it will almost not fit however this will give a better protection covering the gap ussually between the sill plate and the mat were the sand and dirt usully get in and will never come out. I will be more than happy to talk to you over the phone and discuss your issue if you like. Keep in mind that the mat will fit under the factory brackets of the rear seat as shown on the pictures. Also Keep on mind that at at $169.99 (free shipping) it is an unbeatable bang for the buck compared to $229.99 of the competiton for something that collects dirt and protects your 45K SUV!!!! were your shoes aThanks again!

I'm willing to give it one more try although the current floor mat definitely does not fit well as you can see below. Here is my order number, I'll take up your offer on trying out another second row floormat to see if this one was a fluke and not the norm. I've PM'ed you my personal contact information as well. Order # 20120307-1P (By the way, I have not received a response on my RMA request, I can wait to see how the second set looks like)
Follow up to this issue, received another second row set promptly and the fit is much better. Planning to keep them. Customer service was good, would have liked more communication via email however overall went well. Also thanks for the "bonus". Now I can say I recommend these mats.
hmm, $229.98 + Shipping Vs $169.99 free shipping does not sound like a few bucks...... 33% discount sounds more like a DEAL!! instead of few bucks off. I do respect your opinion but do not agree with it. Weathertech makes and AWESOME product therefore the price diference, I strongly beleive that if there is a better product out there it SHOULD cost more but there is a point where the performace Vs value is simply just not there, I highly doubt that talking about mat like weathertech, husky, nifty and others you will get a 33% better performance out of them
You can certainly disagree with my philosophy on quality/pricing.
What I would like to bring up is that I have product in my vehicle doing the job I purchased it for and you are spinning your wheels dealing with the issues at hand. I paid more ... you are the one with the problem in dealing with returns and waiting for replacement product.
Good day sir.

Out of curiosity, why do people get the rubber mats? Is it just for wintry areas? My wife and I were thinking of the reasons you would need the holding capacity of the rubber mats. All of the carpet mats I've ever had clean up great if they get dirty and take a great deal of abuse. That said, our 2012 came with the all-weather rubber mats from the dealer, and we prefer the carpet mats. I can live with them either way, but I was just curious.
