Lightbulb 2010 Highlander Radio swap with 2011-2012 unit

I just picked up my new company car, a 2012 Highlander. I also bough my former company car, a 2010 Highlander. I hate the 2010 radio, short display of satellite radio info. The 2012 unit is much nicer and the Bluetooth is nice too. Is it possible to buy a 2011-12 unit to install in my 2010? I have XM already installed and it is a non-JBL unit. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks to all who posted, both of my vehicles have interior LEDs as well as a real "beep-beep" horn. The Weather tech liners are great too.

Very interested in this as well. Unfortunately we would need to buy the headunit from the dealer and will need to pay exorbitant prices.

For bluetooth you would need to buy a separate module for the headunit and you will have to wire the mic.

If I can get a replacement headunit...will I be able to get full XM song info with the 2011-12 unit? I guess I can take out my 2012's radio and compare the wiring in the back. Was trying to avoid that if possible.Bluetooth would be nice, but secondary for me.
