New 2012 owner with Nav question

Just bought my wife the exact model last Sunday without the running boards. We traded in our beloved Honda minvan. Does anyone know how to turn the Nav off while your just driving around town or change it to stay on the radio? Honestly I've not had a chance to drive it or play with it yet but my wife has asked me to google it and I've not found anything online about it.

Push Setup-General-Auto Screen change off....then push the big dial on the right side to go into the Radio/audio screen. It should stay on that screen.

By default the Auto Screen change is on so no matter where you navigate on the screen it will switch to map mode in 10-15 seconds.

Just picked up our new 2012 last Saturday.

We had the same issue the other night while driving home = we se tthe nav to help us get somewhere, but forgot to turn it off before we started driving home.

Per the dealer, the following is a quick solution to turn it off while moving:

You can turn off the screen by pushing the disp button and then screen off. To turn off or stop guidance hit the route button on screen and hit delete and then confirm.
