Bluetooth volume (outgoing)

This is my first day with my 2012 Highlander with a navagation system. When I am talking to people with my Bluetooth they say they are having a hard time hearing me. I can hear them just find. How do I increase the the outgoing volume? Thanks....

here is a non-nav bluetooth adjustment:

as for the nav version, you have to get into the navigation service menu (not a normal settings menu easily gotten too) or something like that, I found a file on it awhile ago, but I can't find it right now. I'll keep looking and if I find it I'll post it.

edit: just saw the nav one is in that link newsrv posted haha oops
