What's Toyota prepaid maintenance? It's just oil change and tires rotation? I believe my new highlander came with 5yrs/75k. If its just oil change and tire rotation I will cancel it since it look useless.

Yes, that's all it is. I'm sure you paid for it so it didn't just 'come with it.' If you purchased a Toyota extended warranty you can get it cheaper as well.

considering the first 24 months / 2 years is free anyhow...

basically its 2 free oil changes (10k apart) and a lot of inspections

Thanks, I went over the maintenance plan and it look like they don't do anything useful except the oil change so I will cancel it and buy extra extended warranty from Troy or Jerry since their price is lower then my dealer.

You can buy a tire policy from Discount Tire that will offer free tire rotation and balance for the life of the tire. Much cheaper then the stealship. I have mine done every 5000 miles.
