wave runners fit into a bed of a yota?

im pretty sure a waverunner/jet ski will fit especially with the gate down. but then of course it also depends on the length of the wave runner and the yota (im looking at 4x4 versions).

regular bed size (80's-early 90's 4x4 version)
2 seater max for the wave runner, anyone have any experience in this?

Ive seen a kit to mount a set of bunks in the bed of a truck, so I know you could fit a jetski in the back of a Tacoma.
I think you could easily fit even a 3-seater in the back, you'd just have to make sure you tied it down because it could easily rock to the rear and slide out of the truck.
Why would you want to though? Unless its something really light and easy to throw around like a standup, itd be a lot less work to just pull a trailer.

No kidding. Ive got a fairly tall truck (F-150 with 17" wheels and off-road package) and lemmie tell ya, loading my snowmobile and ATV in the back (even with a ramp) can be an intimidating proposition.
Loading a snowmobile by hand is even worse. Its not bad untill you get it up to waist height, but its the last 3-6" that you need to get the skis on the tailgate that is tough.
