i would like 4X4 V6 TRD package 5speed and would really like black and not super high milage

i have little more than 12k to blow

$16,800 gets mine and with new ceramic pads. 99 tacoma,4x4,auto,TRD,Dar jade green metalic pealcoat,pwr windows,loc s,cruise,tilt,arb style rear loc er used once in deep snow and yeah it went up that driveway.
