need help bad.....93 4x4

ok here goes guys. truck runs great till it rains out, or is extremely humid and has rained a little. then, the truck will not start. sometimes you can crank and crank and eventually it will fire, then run crappy for the first few miles, then clear up. this problem has slowly gotten worse, and i cant figure it out. its to the point where if the truck sits out over night in the rain it wont start till the rain stops and it dries out, then it runs perfect. i've recently changed the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. can anyone help figure this out?

when it's wet, take a can of a water-displacer, along the lines of WD-40 and spray sections of ignition wires, trying to start after each spray, when it starts, your problem should be limited to a small area to check

have a water hose nearby just incase whatever you spray starts a fire
