can someone id this part (92 toyota efi)

its off a 22r motor in my father in laws 92 toyota pickup

seems to be some sort of vacuum sensor or somethign. one of the vacuum nipples is broken off, but i don't know the name of hte part to replace it, nor do i know where that 3rd vacuum hose should be routed to. this (sensor?) was screwed into the valve cover close to the firewall.

any help is appreciated

but it isn't attached to the valve cover, but rather toward the back of the intake plentum. It has three nipples, but only two hoses are running to the item. The third nipple doesn't have a hose attached.
