93 p/u electrical power problem

My 93 toyota 22RE p/u will not start suddenly. Battery seems to be fine. Heard starter soloinoid click once but now no power at all except When I try to turn on the headlights I get a Buzzzing from the fuse box lower dash area. I remember hearing a sound as well in the dash when it first happened just a muffled noise cant really describe it. The first couple of times I tried to start it I got the normal dashlights and such but when I went to the second click on the ignition switch zzzzzzzzt power gone. At first it was intermittent thats when i heard the starter solinoid click. but now it is as I have described above. This is totally out of the blue never had a problem like this on this truck.

Have the battery professionally checked

The battery may show 12 volts on your voltmeter, but it may not have enough cranking amps to turn the motor. Pull the battery and take it to Advance Auto or Autozone and have them do a free check for you. The only true way to check a battery is under a load.

If the battery is good, and has a full charge, you may either have an alternator problem (which you should have gotten a light), a bad starter motor or solenoid, or possibly a bad ground or corroded contact.
