I just changed the oil on my truck last week when on my way home I noticed the oil pressure guage was pegged. Someone said to try changing the filter msybe it was bad. I did, but have the same problem. Any ideas?? Will it harm the engine to drive it this way??? The truck is a V6 4WD if that matters.
