Poor Gas Mileage

I have a 1993 toyota pickup with a 22re engine. It's loosing gas mileage. I have done the basics but can't seem to fix it. Any ideas what to look at next?

Basics include new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, gas filter, injector clearer in the gas, air filter, oil change. I've checked the charcole canister. It seems clear. I think this is it.

Thats pretty much all of them. Does the 22R use a PCV system? Might wanna check the valve.

That injector cleaner isnt worth a crap. Pull the injectors and clean them by hand.

The oxygen sensor may seem to be there for no reason but it has its purposes. If you haven't replaced it, it would be a good idea to. If it is faulty then it can cause your engine to run too rich or too poor. The richness can fry your catalytic convertor and make it hard to pass smog.
