how can you tell a 22r tec head

i have an 87 4runner turbo and have just pulled the motor. i need to know if i have the right head before i rebuild the motor. ive been told the turbo had hemi style head but i dont know what they ment. is there a # or designation on the head the seperates the different heads. im going to ask the celica guys too.

I've got a customer at my shop with a turbo 22r 4x4, it looks identical to the 22r head on my 81, spark plugs in same places. You need me to run him down for pics? His engine is very dirty though...

that would be good but from what i heard the only difference was the cc of the valve bowl and the two bowls looked different. thats from enginebuilder in an email.

The only difference is the combustion chamber.
Round shapped for the turbo instead of pear shapped for non-turbo
