I have a 2002 tacoma

I just bought it used a now somethings are start to go wrong.I have a vibration in the dask a od does work,Ithink this guy might have tampered with or try to run back the miles ?????

im 99% sure that you taco doesnt have a speedo cable, its electronic, i have a '99 taco with tachometer, it doesnt have a cable, it uses a VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) on the transfer case output shaft, to determine speed for the cluster, and ECU imput

If the truck has a speddometer cable cable, it will be located behiond the guage cluster. I have a 96 and it has a speedo cable that plugs into the back of the cluster around the center.
