replacing 14" with 15" wheels

My question is can replace the 14" wheels on my 98 toyota tacoma with 15" or how can I?

yes u can but u will have to get different tires as well because the innner diamater of the tire will be to small but yes it is possible.

great, but it won't mess up anything on the truck, unless it's like over 15" rims, right?

Make sure the rims you are getting have the proper bolt pattern and the same backspacing (as long as the rims are the same width) as the previous set.
