22re vacuum line problem

My grandad and I pulled the engine out of my truck(88 pickup) to rebuild it and when we put back in we had 3 left over vacuum hoses. Now the truck is idling high and having different little issues. What I wanted to know is, does anyone have any diagrams or suggestions to what this might be. Pictures and stuff would be greatly appreciated.

go to the toyota dealership and be nice to the parts guy.....see if he can print you exploded diagrams of intake and emissions systems... he should have them on his computer and they are bad assed... but the problem is that they aren't supposed to give them out... so be nice... and maybe offer beers.........

Here are links to pics of pages from the Haynes manual for the 88 EFI and EFI-turbo setups. I hope they're clear enough to help. In addition to the excellent suggestion above, you might go to your local parts store and get a look at or buy one of these. Its volume 9E21-92075 for all 79-95 4Runners and pickups.
