89 Generation Style Brake Calipers...

Ok, so anyone who's had this style Pickup and has had to change their brake pads knows how Ridiculous the caliper setup is. The pads are fastened to the caliper by two pins.

It just so happens that the pins on my calipers (much like any other toyota i've had) have frozen up and are irremoveable.
I could just trade in the calipers for a core charge and get new ones like i've done in the past, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a conversion that might solve this problem?

Is there a toyota caliper conversion that would eliminate the brake pad pins?
