When you pull off the brake caliper, the rotor should just slide off after you remove a few bolts. Sometimes they are rusted on....but nothing a hammer wont fix.

i just recently changed front wheel bearings in my toyota and a friends. Once you take the caliper off, take the dust cap off of the spindle. There should be a cotter pin in the end and then a lock nut and an adjuster nut. Once you remove the pin and the nuts the rotor should slide off the spindle.
